AD U14-U16 Speed Skills Camp Session 1, May 16-20, 2025

Eligible ages; Year of birth 2010-2013

This 5 days is the most in depth and informative speed training available anywhere.  Our 4:1 athlete to coach ratio ensures each athlete has the attention to make this a game changing week.

We cover everything from speed tactics, aerodynamic positions and jumping technique to full on race preparation.  Afternoons will be filled with group video analysis and dryland training led by Olympian and Eliteam founder Doug Lewis.

The Mammoth race crew always does an incredible job to provide the absolute best snow surfaces and terrain builds for our speed camp needs.

EQUIPMENT:

– You will be expected to arrive with Super G skis and a pair of GS skis for drills and free skiing.

– Protective Gear- helmets always mandatory, a back protector is encouraged.

– Tuning Gear, benches will be provided but having your own vices will help.  Speed skis should be waxed daily after training

– Dryland training attire

DAY CAMP: Day campers  will show up at the hill at 7 each morning and train on hill until noon.  You will have a break for lunch and some rest  on your own. We will reconvene around 3pm for afternoon dryland activities and video analysis with your group.  Day camp pricing covers lift ticket, lane fees, high end speed training, dryland training, video analysis. It does not cover any travel, meals,  or lodging.  We will have a group BBQ on our last night where all campers and families are welcome.

OVERNIGHT CAMP We are offering a limited number of spots for overnight campers. It is all inclusive, including travel to and from the Reno Airport*, lodging at the Mammoth Mountain Inn and three meals a day.  Campers who choose the overnight option will have a roommate of similar age and will be expected  to comply with our code of conduct.

*Overnight campers coming from afar please look at flights arriving at the Reno airport before or around noon on May 15th.  You will be picked up and transported to Mammoth with the group.  For departure please book flights after or around 5:00 pm on May 20th.
